AI Dropship Store is operated by AshWeb Inc., which is responsible for your personal data in this app. AshWeb Inc. provides the platform (hosting, AI, and payments) and processes data on AshWeb Inc.'s behalf.

Service Providers: Google Cloud (hosting, AI), RunPod (AI image processing), Stripe (web payments), Apple and Google (in-app purchases and sign-in), Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service to us
Regulatory authorities when legally required

How AI services process your content

To find products and write your listings, AI Dropship Store sends some information to two outside services. We send it only to produce those results.

Google (Vertex AI on Google Cloud). We send the categories and keywords you choose and the supplier's product information — titles, descriptions and photos — to suggest keywords, check that products match your search, pick a marketplace category, check listing photos, and write listing titles and descriptions. We do not send your customers' orders or addresses. When you ask a question on the Support page, or write to the app's support address, we send your message — and, on the Support page, the account details needed to answer it (your plan, renewal date, recent payment results, how much of your usage is left, and work that failed in the last 14 days) — so the app can pick the parts of its help pages and of your account record that answer you. Google does not use this content to train or fine-tune its models. To answer repeated requests faster, Google may hold what we send in memory for up to 24 hours. If its automated checks flag a request as possible abuse, Google may keep that request for up to 90 days, and authorized Google staff may review it.
RunPod. When the app makes new photos for a listing, the supplier's product photos are processed on computers we rent from RunPod, where the AI image models we use run. RunPod's documentation states that each job, including the content we send with it, is deleted 24 hours after it is sent. RunPod's terms allow it to use content in anonymized, aggregated form to improve its own service.

We ask for your agreement the first time you use a feature that sends content to these services, before anything is sent. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings, under "Sending your words and photos to AI". After you withdraw, nothing more is sent until you agree again. If you agree before signing up, we remember it on this device and move it to your account when you sign in.

5. Your Rights

Access your business data anytime
Delete your account in Settings (Danger Zone → Delete Account), even while subscribed. You can also do it without signing in or having the app installed, on the /delete-account page of this app's website: enter your account's email address and open the link we send to it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: a web subscription ends at once, with no refund for the rest of its period, and a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing support@ashweb.io from your account's email address

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Sign-up and sign-in are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

9. Data Retention

9.1 Active Accounts

Personal data retained while your account is active
Business data (orders, products) retained for the duration of your subscription
Generated analytics retained for 12 months

9.2 After Account Deletion

When you delete your account, your profile, everything you created in the app and your files are deleted at once
Payment records (amount, date, country and receipt number — not your name or email) are kept for 10 years because tax law requires it; subscription history and usage records are kept for 180 days

10. GDPR Rights (European Union)

If you are in the EU, you have the following rights:

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Product Emails

From November 9, 2026, we may email you product updates and ideas about AI Dropship Store, no more than once a week. Until then, we send them only to people who signed up after our sign-up screen told them about these emails and did not say no, or who said yes in the app or turned them on in Settings — and never to people who have told us they live in South Korea. When you sign up you can say no right there by ticking "Don't email me product updates." Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off or back on in Settings → Email preferences. Turning them off does not stop emails about your account, such as sign-in, password and billing emails. If you have told us you live in the EU/EEA, the UK, Canada or South Korea, we send these emails only after you turn them on yourself.

12. Why We Use Your Data (EU/UK)

To provide the service you asked for (contract); to send your work to AI services, with your consent; to tell you about new features and updates of this service (legitimate interests, from November 9, 2026; see Product Emails) — if you have told us you live where the law requires your consent for this, we send them only after you turn them on, and you can unsubscribe in any email; and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or Service notification.
