Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

This service is operated by AshWeb Inc. (the "Operator" or "we"). By using our AI Dropship Store service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service provides automated product sourcing, pricing calculation, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment between AliExpress and Coupang marketplaces.

The AshWeb Platform Terms (/platform-terms) also apply to your use of this app. They cover AI-generated content, sharing characters with other users and apps, and reporting content; where they conflict with these Terms, the Platform Terms prevail.

2. Service Description

AI Dropship Store provides tools for:

  • Automated product import from AliExpress
  • Price calculation with target margin settings
  • Inventory and prices are checked once a day, so a listing can briefly show an item that has sold out at the supplier.
  • Automated order fulfillment
  • Shipping and tracking management
  • Order totals from your connected marketplaces, and the margin on each product

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Compliance

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • Comply with AliExpress and Coupang terms of service
  • Follow all applicable e-commerce and trade regulations
  • Obtain necessary business licenses and permits
  • Pay all applicable taxes on sales and profits

3.2 Product Selection

  • Ensure products comply with Korean import regulations
  • Before a product can be listed, the Service checks it for KC and children's product certification and for brand or character names in its text and photos, and does not list a product it stops. These checks can miss things — you remain responsible for what you sell
  • Verify product authenticity and quality
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions
  • Listing titles, descriptions, categories and some listing photos are generated by AI from the supplier's product information. AI can get details wrong, and you remain responsible for what your listings say
  • Honor all customer orders and refund policies

3.3 Business Operations

  • Maintain adequate funds for order fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Handle returns and refunds professionally
  • Maintain good standing with marketplace platforms

4. Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1 No Guarantee of Profit

  • We do not guarantee sales, profit, or business success
  • Market conditions and competition affect results
  • Product selection and pricing are your responsibility
  • Business outcomes depend on your management

4.2 Third-Party Platform Risks

  • AliExpress and Coupang may change policies without notice
  • Platform account suspensions are beyond our control
  • Exchange rate fluctuations may affect margins
  • Shipping delays and stock-outs may occur

4.3 Service Limitations

  • Automation may fail due to platform API changes
  • Inventory data may be delayed or inaccurate
  • Price calculations are estimates based on available data
  • Manual verification recommended for critical operations

5. Payment and Billing

5.1 Subscriptions and top-ups

  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel
  • Cancel at any time: in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you subscribed there, or in Settings → Subscription in this app if you paid on the web. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for
  • The usage included with a subscription is an amount for each period. It resets at each renewal, does not carry over, and ends when the subscription ends
  • Usage from a top-up does not expire
  • Prices are shown before you pay. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for an existing subscription

5.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy
  • No refunds for business losses or poor sales
  • Billing is separate from marketplace transactions

6. Account Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime
  • We may terminate accounts that violate terms
  • Termination does not affect existing marketplace obligations

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for sales losses or business failures
  • We are not liable for marketplace policy violations
  • We are not liable for supplier or shipping issues
  • Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where AshWeb Inc. is established. This does not take away protections the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your business operations conducted through the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
